- Transaction data: Load details, bids, booking records, payment information (processed via Stripe — we do not store full card numbers).
- Location data: GPS coordinates during active shipments when tracking is enabled by the driver.
- Communications: Messages sent through the platform messaging system.
- Usage data: Log files, pages visited, features used, and device information.
How We Use Your Information
- Facilitating freight transactions between shippers and carriers
- Carrier verification and compliance checks via FMCSA
- Processing payments and payouts

Data Sharing
We share your information only with service providers necessary to operate the platform (Clerk for authentication, Stripe for payments, AWS for storage, Twilio for SMS, Resend for email) and when required by law.

Financial records are retained for 7 years. General account data is retained while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account at any time.
