By using Wripp IQ, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

Use of the Platform

Wripp IQ provides a marketplace connecting shippers and carriers. You must be a legal business entity to use the platform. You are responsible for the accuracy of all information you provide.

Carrier Requirements

Carriers must hold active FMCSA operating authority, maintain required insurance coverage, and pass verification before bidding on loads.

Payments

Shippers authorize payment when accepting a bid. Funds are held by the platform until delivery is confirmed. Carriers receive payouts within 72 hours of confirmed delivery.

Disputes

Disputes must be raised within 5 days of delivery. Wripp IQ mediates disputes in good faith. Platform decisions on disputes are final.

Prohibited Conduct

Creating false accounts or misrepresenting your business
Circumventing platform fees by transacting off-platform
Harassing or threatening other users
Violating any applicable law or FMCSA regulation

Limitation of Liability

Wripp IQ is not liable for delays, losses, or damages arising from carrier performance. We provide the marketplace platform only.
