Consent to Electronic Records & Signatures

Wripp IQ is an online-only freight marketplace. To use it, you agree that we may provide records to you electronically and that you may sign agreements electronically, as permitted by the federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (ESIGN) and the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA) as adopted by your state.

What This Consent Covers

  • Our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, fee disclosures, and any updates to them
  • Load tenders, bids, rate confirmations, booking confirmations, and bills of lading
  • Proof-of-delivery records, invoices, receipts, payout statements, and tax forms (such as Form 1099) where the law allows electronic delivery
  • Dispute, cancellation, and account notices

Clicking "Accept", checking a box, or confirming an action on the platform is your electronic signature and has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature.

How We Deliver Records

We deliver records by posting them in your Wripp IQ account, by email to the address on your account, or both. A record is delivered when we post it or send it. Keep your email address current in your profile settings.

Hardware and Software You Need

  • A device with internet access (computer, tablet, or smartphone)
  • A current version of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Edge with JavaScript and cookies enabled
  • A working email account
  • Software that can open PDF files, and storage space or a printer if you want to keep copies

If these requirements change in a way that could stop you from getting or keeping records, we will tell you and ask you to consent again.

Getting Paper Copies

You can download or print any record from your account. To ask for a paper copy, email legal@wrippiq.com with the record you need. We do not currently charge for paper copies.

Withdrawing Your Consent

You can withdraw this consent at any time by emailing legal@wrippiq.com. Because Wripp IQ operates only electronically, withdrawing consent means we will close your ability to post loads, bid, or book new shipments. Withdrawal does not affect records already delivered or signed, and bookings already in progress will be completed and settled under the terms that applied to them.
